The following terms apply to orders from Mr3a-Agro. Before ordering, read the product description, pack size, price, stock and delivery information.
Orders and product information
Provide your correct name, mobile number and full delivery address. After submission, your order will be confirmed once product availability and delivery arrangements are checked. If a product cannot be supplied, we will inform you; no substitute will be sent without your consent.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka. Check the selected pack price, applicable delivery charges and total amount at checkout. Use only the payment methods enabled there. If you are unsure whether an online payment succeeded, contact us with the transaction number before paying again. Never give us your PIN, OTP or CVV.
Delivery
After order confirmation, delivery takes up to 5 days inside Dhaka and up to 10 days outside Dhaka. Orders for fish, meat, milk and other perishables will be confirmed only for addresses where suitable transport is available. For details, see our Delivery policy .
Cancellations, returns and refunds
Contact us promptly to cancel an order. You may request cancellation before dispatch. For incorrect, damaged or misdescribed products and undelivered orders, our Return and refund policy applies. Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Information and responsibilities
Use of personal information to process orders Privacy policy applies. Third-party advertising is not permitted on our site. The business remains responsible for sharing information with service providers needed to fulfil orders. Nothing in these terms removes your rights under applicable law. New terms will apply to future orders.
